800° Woodfired Kitchen, known for its unique and innovative approach to the art of cooking with wood fire, is set to open in Phillips Place, Charlotte’s premier luxury retail center, in the first half of 2021. The new franchise operation is part of the burgeoning brand’s partnership with local entrepreneurs Steven Jensen, an entertainment industry veteran, and Kyle O’Brien, an expert in the food and beverage industry, who have teamed up to introduce the popular concept to the beautiful SouthPark neighborhood.
Originally founded in 2011 by Chef Anthony Carron, the philosophy of 800° Woodfired Kitchen starts with the purest ingredients — scratch dough, fresh produce and artisan-quality meats and cheeses — placed into specially designed woodfired stone hearth ovens to create unique, subtle and smoky tastes. With locations throughout the globe, 800° Woodfired Kitchen offers a diverse menu featuring both clean-eating and indulgent options. From satisfying salads, bowls, sandwiches, woodfired proteins and vegetable plates to their irresistible craft pizza, there is something flavorful and craveable to please the palates of every guest.
The 3,000 square-foot SouthPark location will offer both indoor and outdoor patio seating for lunch and dinner with a full bar located in the rear of the restaurant. 800° Woodfired Kitchen Phillips Place will also have an extensive catering menu for local businesses and partners.QSR Magazine – Read Full Article
